?lymph node: those are probably lymph nod,if they become larger or develop more nodes you should be evaluated and have blood test for EBV ,CMV and CBC

Need more info: How long have you had these lumps? Have these grown? Do you have fever? Are there anythings going on in your scalp, even dandruff can cause local lymph nodes to enlarge. If the lumps start getting larger, it would be time to see your doctor.
