Yes: Yes, definitely. You can be born with cysts, they can also develop over time. Also, it is very common to have lymph nodes enlarge in your neck. It is most important to have an ENT examine you if these lumps do not go away on their own or continue to enlarge. Lymphoma involves enlarged lymph nodes. If there is concern, you will need blood work and imaging, possibly a biopsy.
