Pelvic pain : U can have pain from fluid in pelvis, especially if hemorrhagic fluid. You should get pelvic ultrasound to find etiology of pelvic fluid.

Stone likely cause: Before millimeter stone could be the cause of your pain. If you are a female than a sliver of fluid in the pelvis can be normal. If you are a male then fluid in the pelvis is abnormal and requires further investigation.
