Pain up abdomen and back. dual phase ct nomral. eus bile duct to ampulla normal. alt 71 no stones found worried pancreas. docs says ibs. correct?

Panc Ca discussion: If there is a VERY strong family history of panc Ca, some might consider dynamic contrast MRI to find TINY lesions. But this is overkill just to exclude a panc. lesion that would be symptomatic as contrast CT and EUS are really good tests. There can be diagnostic challenges w/ abd. and back pain. Most are benign under 40 yo. An internist will have all your info and can try to put it together.
