Anxiety is worrying: about something that may or may not happen. See a psychologist for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & a psychiatrist for at least short-term adjunctive medications. If you take benzodiazepines, have someone drive you to & from physical therapy. Tell the PT about your Panic Disorder. You won't be the first patient with it that he or she has treated. PT is to help you, but it can be uncomfortable.
