Doubt it, ask again?: A funny thing happens in medical practices and that's that insurance companies only recognize certain general classes or disorders and procedures. Often a doctor may have to "round off" to the closest procedure that has an insurance code. This is common, ethical, and legal (I do it daily.) If still worried ask the doctor again.
