Unusual: This large ball would be uncommon as a primary vaginal growth. It seems it would more likely be a bulging of your rectum from the back or you bladder from the front. You can probably push on it and tell. It could also be a partially prolapsed uterus which has dropped down from its normal position. If you do not think it is any of these you should see your doc. Might want to see them anyway.
