Yeast infection?: You may have balanitis (inflammation of penis head and foreskin), such as a yeast infection your partner also has. Possibly herpes, but not likely based on your description. Many other possibilities as well, such as chemical irritation or allergy, e.g. from a spermicide, latex if you use condoms, etc. You should both be professionally examined, ideally by the same doctor or clinic.
