Clindamycin for ear infection? wi it work? and is a swollen gland under the jaw by the ear part of the ear infection

Yes for some inf: ear infections can be caused by several different organisms.Some of them are treated with clindamycin but that is not a first line antibiotic.It is generally used for resistant/chronic infections.
