Reflux?: If your throat pain is due to acid reflux then you want to avoid foods that flare up the reflux such as tomatoes, citrus, peppermint, chocolate, etc...If you smoke, stop. If you are overweight, begin the weight loss process. If the pain is due to tonsillitis then just eat some soft foods such as soup, icecream, pudding etc...until the infection has cleared up.
