Water comes back up throat and so does everything else i eat and drink i'm 20 do i have barrett's esophagus ?

Doubtful: Sounds like you have reflux disease, but Barrett's is diagnosed with a biopsy taken at the time of upper endoscopy. You should ask your primary care doctor if a referral to a gastroenterologist is appropriate.
