You should have this evaluated, preferably by a GI doctor. The doctor may need to look down your esophagus with a lighted scope to see if there is anything causing that sensation like food, inflammation, etc. If you begin having difficulty swallowing and notice drooling, chest discomfort, shortness of breath or worsening symptoms, then go to the nearest emergency room. If you feel the sensation of something stuck is actually in the bottom of the throat rather than the upper chest, you may be dealing with globus sensation which is a problem with coordination of throat muscles.
