Sometimes during sleep i feel shaking in head and jaw. i stops after a few seconds. mri head scan clear a month ago. what is it? only in head. feel like earthquake but when i touch my head i didn't feel moving. have anxiety disorders?

Additional tests: Yes, could be a panic attack BUT potentially a nocturnal seizure? Get EEG, nighttime pulse oximetry, and next step neurologist or psychiatrist??
