I have had several episodes of extreme abdominal pain when coughing or lifting.the pain is intense enough to take me to the floor and until it passes i can not move. it feels like something moving, dislocating. the pain is usually under my right rib cage

Pain: Need to see a doctor for evaluation and to rule out ribs fracture since the pain is located mostly about the ribs, it is difficult to tell exactly what is causing the pain simply from the description given, but seeing a doctor may be helpful.

To complex to answer: online with any reliability. Consider gall bladder, but what you describe sounds unusual & would require a lot more information, history, examination findings, possibly an imaging study, etc. to reasonably sort out. Seek out assistance worthy of your trust.
