Sharp pains in my ribs when i cough, take a deep breathe, etc. Also abdominal swelling. Lower back pain. Constipation.. What's wrong with me?

Hard to discern: The chest sounds like pleurisy with viral pneumonia, and can have abdominal component. Full history and exam will be needed, and perhaps x-rays.
