Fluids: The most important thing to getting your strength is to drink lots of fluid. Gatorade may help better than just water. Soups and Broths are good as well

Hmm: Perhaps fluids , gatorades/powerades, rest and a healthy balanced diet can help. If no better consider testing by your doctor to check for dehydration. Good luck

Drink fluids: Replace potassium and eat salty foods in small amounts, like crackers, toast, applesauce, bananas, and take it easy for a few days. Your body will heal at it's own pace. Chicken broth is an excellent salty liquid. Sip a cup 4 or five times a day, along with ginger ale and water. You should be much better in a few days. Patience and TLC go a long way. Feel better soon!
