There's a tickle in the back of my throat causing a cough due to post nasal drip. i'm taking singulair (montelukast) & dymista. i'm still coughing, help.

See ENT: If you are using the proper technique with the Dymista (aiming towards sides and not center), then one needs to rule out sinusitis and reflux as the cause for your cough. Consult an ENT if your family doctor can't help you.
