I was told i had chemical pregnancy. i had 7 positive tests. at approx 4weeks, ultrasound showed no sack, after bleeding started. could i be pregnant?

Technically: If you have a positive pregnancy test, you are considered pregnant. If the pregnancy does not develop normally then you will eventually miscarry or start bleeding to the point that something must be done surgically (ie: D&C).

No: Your US is showing an empty sac which means you are not pregnant. For some reason even though your pregnancy tests were positive, the pregnancy wasn't successful. All the best in the future.
