Confirm pregnancy: Have you had any vaginal bleeding in the last 2 months ? You may or may not be in the middle of a miscarriage, but without further proof, the pregnancy cannot be either confirmed or ruled out. A higher sensitivity pregnancy test( B-HCG level), high level fetal ultrasound, and a follow-up visit to your OB is advised, to find exactly what has happened in the last 2 months

Yes: It sounds like you are pregnant again. This doesn't like its the same pregnancy bec you already had negative pregnancy test. Take care of yourself, eat well and get lots of fluid
