Cmv: Valgancyclovir is only indicted for treatment of CMV infection in HIV disease patients or in those who have had an organ transplant or are immunosuppressed for some other reason. Have no idea what blood count you are referring to and this question is best addressed to your daughter's doctor. Good luck.
