High probability: If an infant is asymptomatic at birth and viral count is low, then outcome looks good, but continue medical care and monitoring. See http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19478688 or http://www.uptodate.com/contents/cytomegalovirus-infection-and-disease-in-newborns-infants-children-and-adolescents/abstract/18

Hard to be sure: When mom has her first ever CMV infection in pregnancy, the outcome is very time sensitive. The earlier in pregnancy the more likely to have serious impact. Later in pregnancy it has less effect and worries focus on hearing damage.Your numbers under treatment looks good & you are doing all you can.I would enroll in an early childhood intervention plan and monitor hearing every few months.
