That's a ? for Ur Dr: Directed donations are sometimes a problem of time. Regardless of your basic compatibility there are a number of steps that facilities must go through before a unit is approved for use.Some steps can be done locally & some offsite. You should be able to "bank" or store some of your blood for her future use if they get through the processing steps without revealing a problem.
