Meralgia Paresthetic: This could be Meralgia Paresthetica - which is a benign neuropathy of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. This would not be diagnosed by an MRI. I am not sure the know is related and could be a benign lipoma. Your physician can confirm the Meralgia Paresthetica or have you see a neurologist.
