Get it evaluated: Hopefully, it is no reason for concern, but such a mass should be evaluated by a doctor. Fatigue and night sweats are common symptoms of thyroid disease, as well as lymphoma. A TSH of 273.4 definitely warrants further evaluation and treatment. It is always better to know a diagnosis than to worry about the worse. Knowledge is power, power to take the correct action to take care of your health.

Yes: Get it seen. I don't quite understand what's happening with your thyroid but this needs to be explained as well. A hard mass there with night sweats deserves to be studied. Many of the cancers that present like this, notably Hodgkin's, are famously likely to be cured if caught early, like this probably is. Don't delay. Have your other problems addressed as well.

Hypothyroid: It is not feasible to say if it is cancer or not, but you are hypothyroid and need to seek care immediately Please consult your doctor for thyroid replacement medication and ask him/her to check out the neck mass.

Possible: But the first thought would be a hyper functioning thyroid nodule. Sounds like we are already measuring the right things. You will probably need an ultrasound and fine needle aspiration of the nodule to confirm the diagnosis and suggest the right treatment.
