Could be: With a history of thyroid cancer it's generally thought advisable to keep TSH around 0.1. TSH is the pituitary hormone that stimulates the thyroid . Keeping it low is to avoid stimulation of any cancer that may remain. But if your thyroxine dose is excessive [T4 level above normal range], that can cause fatigue.
