Yes: Unlikely to be anything significant but check it out. I would make sure of what it is so I would not be worried .This if early may be able to do something to correct it. Best wishes. ( Not urgent but do it soon.)

Dentist: You could really go to either a doctor or a dentist but the doctor may end up sending you to the dentist so I would start there first. Good luck and I hope it is nothing serious.

Yes: Could be a gum or tooth abscess, but impossible to tell with an x-ray and an exam. Get to dentist
