Pediatric Dentist: Allow a local pediatric dentist to evaluate the lesion and recommend appropriate treatment, if necessary.

Pylogenic granuloma: Is this your diagnosis after a "careful" Google search, or did a Dentist propose it? How old is your child? How long has lesion been present. Has child been x-rayed and examined for abscessed tooth? Would suggest that you see a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist, for examination and treatment options.
