Call your pediatrician: For evaluation. If your wrist is still bothering you and you can't remember how you might have injured it or slept in a funny position, or did something that created it, then it needs to be evaluated, worked up, and possibly imaged. There are: different things that may cause such discomfort including sprain. Did you injure yourself recently? Any strenuous activity? If so, rest and take anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen to help. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your doctor in a week or so. Best of luck!

Get an examination: Hard to say whether his is ligament strain or tear, or a silent fracture. If this was trauma-related you may also need an X-Ray, but the only way to figure the true diagnosis is by direct examination, for starters
