Rarely: Baby is floating in amniotic fluid, so most tumbles aren't a big deal. If there was aforceful impact directly to your abdomen or, if you have any bleeding, or if you feel like the baby is moving significantly less than before, call your OB or go directly to your hospital labor & delivery ward for monitoring and evaluation.
