What can i give my 3 yr old son who has been pucking any time he drinks anything. he tummy was very hard before throwing up

Vomiting: Don't give him anything yet. If he is vomiting everytime you give him something then stop givinh him anything. You should be be having looked at today for his stomach being hard. It could be from a virus but if he continues to have this call his pediatricin or take him to an urgent care to be evaluated.
