Not the PM version.: Excedrin PM contains diphenhydramine, AKA Benadryl, which can make you sleepy. Xanax (alprazolam) also can make you sleepy, so I would avoid that combination. The other Excedrin formulations, like Excedrin Migraine or Excedrin Extra Strength should be OK.
