See your doctor: If you took all of the cipro, (ciprofloxacin) the UTI could have been caused by a resistant organism or there could be another problem going on.

See Dr. Get tested: See the Dr. and get fully evaluated with a Urinalysis with reflex to Culture & Sensitivity. That test will do further testing if you indeed have an infection, that will let your Dr. know what bacteria is causing your UTI and what antibiotics the bacteria is resistant to and sensitive to. Best wishes.

Need treatment: You need treatment now. You should see your doctor for treatment. At least call him/her. and get treatment. YOu may want to ask for suppression treatment if the doctor fells necessary. The other consideration is to make sure this is not just a vaginal infection. Best wishes.

Need a urinalysis: It would be unusual to get a repeat infection so soon after being off the Cipro (ciprofloxacin) unless the infection was resistant to Cipro (ciprofloxacin). Vaginal burning could also be caused by a yeast infection as a result of the antibiotics, which is why a urine test is needed with a culture and sensitivity test (a way to determine what antibiotics will be effective against the bacteria causing your infection).
