How long?: Any joint swelling? Need to r/o conditions like infections including viral-hepatitis,lymes disease vasculitic conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus,etc.Many Infections can cause this symptom complex, repetition of blood tests is needed after a brief interval, similarly do you have any enlared lymphnodes, any sweating, wt. loss,poor appetitie. Recent travels, insect bites,exposure-pets?

Virus: Certainly a virus like "the Flu" can cause all these symptoms. if viral, time will heal you. If the symptoms persist, have the Doctor keep looking for answers. best wishes.
