Maybe?: If he would not stop when asked or there was touching that involved genitalia - those would be problems. If the kids enjoyed it and there was never a violation of boundaries - maybe he was just a fun uncle. My husband likes to wrestle with the dogs and the kids but it is good natured and fun.
