Forearm pain : May be tendonitis or nerve trauma rarely could be due to blood vessel trauma or compartment syndrome ( usually need a lot of trauma for compartment syndrome) . Would check for pulses, warmth, consider motrin/ aleve (naproxen) if not allergic and follow up with urgent care / doc today if hand is cold or cool go to ER immediately.
