Incest: Incest laws actually vary from state to state. In some states this would be classified as incest, in other states not. Is not an uncommon practice in other parts of the world. For me, the genetics make it to close for comfort for me, but that is a personal opinion and not scientific fact.

Probably no good: You may need a lawyer to figure this one out or a geneticist but it doesn't sound right to me. I was always taught during training that any individual within three genetic pool circles of another individual is at risk for genetic diseases in children due to inbreeding. Whether or not people closer than three genetic pool circles are committing incest would be more a question for the legal system.
