C Can be: That is a prominent cyst on your left ovary. Most of theses are simple cysts and evolute or disappear on their own. Your doctor may recommend another ultrasound in 6 weeks to make sure this has happened. Some cysts a are larger and more complicated and need closer follow up. I'm not entirely sure why it was done but some of these cysts can cause pain. All the best.
