Have him see his Dr: Start with a physical exam, basic lab tests and a complete semen analysis. If he checks out reproductively, then you will need to see your Gyn or be referred to a Fertility Medicine specialist for exam, blood tests and likely a hystero-salpingogram (HSG) to see if your system has changed.
