Twins: even though you are more likely than the average women to have twins due to family history, the fact is that most twins occur spontaneously without a family history. Only way to know for sure is to test around 6 weeks into the pregnancy with an ultrasound. Would call your doctor tomorrow and ask for a serum (blood) pregnancy test to confirm and start some prenatal vitamins.
