Surgery?: Surgery (bypass better longterm results than lap band) is an option for obese patients who have tried and failed repeatedly at diet/exercise. Discuss all options with your doc.

MD Supervised wtloss: Have you tried a medically supervised weight loss program where the physician treats you as an individual taking into account not only your weight loss goals but also any medical conditions that you may have and evaluates your body composition and determines your basal metabolic rate and determines a program designed specifically for you with close weekly follow up? If not, then consider one.
