None available: ? which test available to rule out fibromyalgia (FM). No test exists to rule out FM. Absent chronic widespread pain & restless non-restorative sleep there is a low likelihood of fibromyalgia. FM diagnosis "ruled in" if clinically provable (with test) disorders have been ruled out. FM is "umbrella label" for several disorders, each defined by a unique & distinct set of identifiable causal factors.
