As above : Best way to find out to see your PCP for physical exam and work up and than ask these questions.

COULD BE, BUT: Fibromyalgia is a clinical diagnosis based on complaints of pain in all 4 body quadrants, trigger points, rebound, am stiffness, vague cognitive complaints, sleep disorder, headaches, and no usual laboratory or radiological abnormalities. I do not know, based on your description, if this applies to you.
