See DASH diet: Fruits and vegetables are healthy for a variety of reasons and most people need to increase the amounts they eat. I am not aware of specific fruits or vegetables that have more effects on blood pressure. Low sodium and high potassium(high in fruits and vegetables) diet can help BP. The DASH diet (available with simple search on Google) is specific diet proven to lower BP. Best with low salt diet
