No: I just answered same question. Grapefruit contains a chemical that inhibits the usual metabolism of Plendil (felodipine) through the liver making it accumulate and become toxic.

Cytochrome P450: Oral administration is more likely to have cytochrome p450 interaction in the gut and in the liver. The grapefruit juice taken at the same time as Plendil (felodipine) inhibits gut wall cyp3a4, increasing Plendil (felodipine) absorption across the gut wall and therefore bioavailability. Not recommended.
