Vitamins A, B, C, D: Assuming, of couse that that stands for ace inhibitors, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and diuretics. There are no specific vitamins or foods shown to meaningfully lower blood pressure, but a healthy low salt diet and regular exercise will usually lower blood pressure as much as or more than one of the drugs above.

None: There are no vitamins, fruits, or foods that lower bp. Achieving and maintaining normal body weight and avoidance of xs salt are the only nutritional effects on bp.
