Here are some ...: Visual obstruction at ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) on imaging studies which is at times seen incidentally, should be correlated with clinical pictures - kidney bloating-related (hydronepohrosis), and dynamic functional study usually with nuclear renal scan before undergoing surgical repair if such kidney is worthwhile to save. More? Ask treating Doc specifically and timely.
