Pain management: 1 (child) to 2 (adult) 200mg Ibuprofen/Advil?Motrin w food or lots of liquid every 4 hours. Rinse 3x/day w 1tsp salt in 8 oz tepid water, do not swallow. Put Orthodontic wax onto "stickers." Use Q-Tip to dab Orabase-B onto sore spots. Review any written pain management instructions provided to you by your Specialist Orthodontist, or check his/her web site.
