what does it mean if i have a low neutrophil count, a high ldh and a very high platelet count?

Need values: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would help to have the actual values of these tests. The values may still be in the normal range though at the extremes of normal values.
