I have low lymphocytes, normal platelets and high neutrophils. what does this mean?

Not one but many: The low lymphocytes could be a sign of drugs, immune dysfunction, low production, infections from some virus that cause lymphopenia . The high neutrophils could be a sign of acute infection, bacterial or otherwise, overproduction from marrow, or reaction to drugs or chemicals among a few causes. The normal platelets with those two sets of data, not much role & need to be investigated by lab tests.
