Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, all blood cells are low and this suggests bone marrow issue. It is prudent that you discuss the matter with your son's doctor. The issue is not suitable for this forum.

On a good day wbc may be 12 Platelet count 508 Hemoglobin and hemtocrit are low but rdw CV is high . My eosinophil count is no less than 15% .
